Its possible to become paranoid and have anxiety attacks. Long term effects are usually only from the smoke, but it doesnt cause cancer.

anxiety attakcs like while under the influence or like permanent like u become paranoid even w/o weed... (lo sry im just a noob on this)

Its this nice, relaxed, fuzzy feeling. You may get a bit paranoid, but not like you see in movies or anything. The most it's ever been for me was, "shit, did i put the bowl away." "shit, did any weed fall out that my parents might find?" etc... So it's maybe a little bit of paranoia coupled with forgetfullness. You will freeze many times thinking what was i doing again? =P

Its a fun experience. The best part for me was this inner warmth i get, taht i can almost "charge" anywhere through my body. I can feel it in my legs and drag it up towards my chest, and its just a pretty nice feeling.
