I just feel like I'm a burden to everyone, thinking of causing no more pain to them. What did I do to deserve getting treated like shit? I seriously thought of ending it all, the pain I'm in.

Why do I feel like I don't matter? Is it my fault?

If you know you didn't do it, and if they don't punish you, then just tell yourself
"I'm better than them for knowing the truth."

Don't argue with them too much.  If they show that they won't understand you didn't do anything, then be glad they're not punishing you.

My siblings used to abuse me, I have no self esteem. My parents refuse to help me pay for college. I have always been there for my whole family, they just act like I'm garbage.

I have attempted suicide before and I'm very close to the breaking point.

I've always been like that to my family too,
Always have been loyal to them, if there was something going on behind their backs, they were always the first to know about it (Just like the GodFather. XD)

If they were not gratefull for what I had done, then I didn't need to be gratefull for anything they have done.

Just change your attitude towards them.
And stop saying you have self steem.

The more you repeat that into your head, the worst it is.
