If it is more than a tablespoon of blood that means its comming from his lungs or stomach and if its his lungs that also means he has a bleed small or big I would get it checked out.

Time to see a doctor. In general, blood coming out of areas where they do not belong is not a good sign. It may occur because he's stressed, but there's a reason why the stress is causing this. He could possibly have an ulcer or some other thing that needs medical attention... If this has happened before in the past, I would suggest he go see a doctor (if he hasn't done so).

Doctor for sure.. maybe its a stomach ulcer my boyfriend had the same problem. But it can get very serious. So right away to the doctors.
