Friends leaving me out...

Man... I just found out that 7 or 8 of my friends all hung out and went bowling, to Dairy Queen, stuff like that all together over spring break without me... Now, I don't know if I'm reading into this too far, or if I'm just being too sensitive (I'm a guy), but I'm kind of upset.  I mean, it wasn't all of my friends, so there were some other people left out too... I don't know.  This post doesn't even really have a point...  It just kind of upsets me, you know?  You would think that at least one of them would invite me, or even mention it to me at some point, but I found out by looking at their pictures on Facebook.  It sort of killed me seeing them all together and having fun without me.

Have you ever been to a party and thought, "Would anybody really miss me if I weren't here?"  That's kind of how I've been feeling a lot lately.

Eh... I'm sorry for this useless post.  I'm just feeling very... blah.

Yeah, I know what you mean,
Since I started Engineering it's been like that, just because I couldn't go out with them a couple times, it's like they don't even try anymore, they don't even say anything if they're all going out... It upsets me, and the worst is when I'm on vacations and try to get round them, it just sucks.

I know the feeling. Your post isn't useless, even if only because you get to let it out and so on.

God, I so know that feeling. Even at school at times I feel left out, although at the back of my mind something keeps telling me I'm the one who could change that and put myself out there with them, but no, I'm too damn shy.

But in your case, no one told you about them going out and that's just rude. I'm really sorry, and the others are right, your post isn't useless.
