You can drift, as I said, without intentionally trying to keep the car sideways. But to have you back end slide out while turning... you're breaking traction because of high horsepower to the rear wheels, and I can't think of many people who would not believe that to fall under the "drifting" category.
Thats basically oversteer and lots of horsepower, but call it what you want.
