Are you a girl? Cause if you are maybe its because you're having your period and sometimes the pooing can get a bit irregular (happens to me)
Or you could eat lots of apples and drink plenty of water and use all your strength to push out the poo...or like tense and untense your butt muscles so the poo eventually slides out...that is if you actualy feel something in your butt...
If not the worse thing you could do is buy erm those squeezy liquid things (i used it when i was a kiddie) you squeeze this lubricant kinna thing and the poo just slides out like a miracle

just relax, and sort of stop thinking about it, i know that sounds random but just sort of let nature take its course. and in future remember to eat more fruit and vegetables, and fibre such as nuts etc
