I shaved my pubic hair off last night. Pretty much all of it. It feels very uncomfortable when I walk, and it itches really bad. I want to do it, because I don't like the hair, but I hate the way it feels with a passion. Any suggestions?

It's irritation from the shaving...they make special shaving gel to keep that from happening.

By the way, is there anything I can do to calm it down in the meantime?

Shaving doesn't always have to have these horrible side affects. If you're gentle, use lotion and shave properly then you shouldn't have any worries about it being uncomfortable or itchy (before I started waxing, I NEVER experienced any itchiness or uncomfortableness, and I think that was down to me just being really gentle overall, and shaving correctly). Waxing is really ideal if you want to remove pubic hair though, to be honest, as it lasts longer (looks better, imo) and you don't have to worry about getting razor burn and all that annoying stuff.

However, this link here - click - provides some useful tips about shaving. It also has tips on how to shave without hurting yourself, and a lot more. Hope it helps!
