I know the shots hurt like hell.
People have told me that countless times.
Don't you dare post a reply that says that, or I'll be forced to rip your head off.


So...my point is...*deep breath*--

I was raped.
It says that you can't get the shot if you've been sexually active.
My parents don't know, and want me to get the shot.

Can I just not tell them, and get the shot, anyway?  What's the worst that could happen?

That's not true...

I'm sexually active my doctor told me to get the shots. All my friends are sexually active and they all got the shot.

And the shot doesn't hurt either.

You need to tell the doctor about that. Really, you don't want to take a chance. You might need to be tested for something or another.

I would talk to your doctor. Sorry about what happened hun, but you have to be honest. Mention it to your doctor, and see if he says you should still get the shot. Doctors can't tell your parents disclosed information like that.

you CAN get it if u have been sexually active. my docs are trying to get me on it. but medicaid wont cover it.. so it doesn't look like it will be soon.

my docs KNOW i am sexually active. and they are encouraging me to pay for the shots, cause my mom and her mom both had cancer. one had cervical and the other had uteran.
