Recently i sprained my ankle and i can walk on it again but it's really hard to run..exspecially for a while. But i want to keep up with my exercise. I haven't been running for like 2 weeks but it still hurts. What can i do for exercise now that won't make it even worse?

Ask someone who is medically qualified.

Don't do any exercise which hurts - it could affect your recovery. Walk if that's all you can do.

Swimming may also be a good idea as the water cushions your joints, and takes the impact out of exercising.
