I see that I am the first guy to respond here, and I'm not sure what the point is, but I'll play along.
Mine is 23.1 (6'4" 190lbs) I am a male and a basketball player. Our coahces told us all the time that these things are just rough guides and they don't recognize the differences between athletic people and others. They did the water immersion technique for us, and during the season, mine is much lower than this.
