It seems like if you can't stick up for yourself and say how you feel and what you want, no one cares about you. No one even cares if something happends to you or could happen. If your weak and vulnerable. But if your not weak and vulnerable and can stick up for yourself, people care. They treat you better and respect you. Is that how the world goes? I'm 23 and I know I should have figured this out before. Don't know why I didn't but ya. I realize it, but it seems kind of weird. Shouldn't people stick up for you and care about you if your vulnerable, than if you can speak your own mind? Am just wondering.

people have a different sort of respect for you if they know you will defend yourself...
