That doesnt sound right to me.
It's coming down a big hill, and to turn left you go straight to the light, to turn right you fork off to the right up the hill a bit and have a yield sign. And people that have made the left turn are already enough down the road so people turning right still have to yield until it's clear if that makes sense?
