Well, we all get angry at things, however minor they may seem, it's human nature.
What's important is how you deal with these feelings. As you know, you need a safe outlet for your anger, a good way to do this is to play a sport or exercise. Not only will exercise help keep you healthy, it releases endorphins (feel good hormones) in to the blood stream, which will help you relax.
It could be past issues that cause you to be easily wound up, in which case, counselling will help you.
Even if you are unsure, counselling could help you find the route of the problem and deal with it.
In the mean time, visit the following sites for advice, guidance and reassurance:
Website 1
Website 2
Website 3
Website 4
Website 5

The websites not only give you tips on what to do, but provides you with understanding of your condition.

Good luck.
