Mm, I know exactly how you feel. Like your whole life is just ripping apart at the seams, right? I would take advantage of the option to move to your grandmother's. Not many people who are in a situation like this have any choices to get away from it. You, fortunately, do. Work out how you can move (if it really is possible; your parents might disapprove if you seriously start considering moving). Look into it and everything. You know, do some research. Moving to New York could be a fresh start, a thing that not many people get. You could make new friends, make a new best friend(s), and maybe even meet a boy that's right for you.
But again, I can't stress enough that you should do your homework on this. Moving is a big deal, and it's not very easily reversed if you don't like your new living situation.

"Dude, one time, this chick made me nail her on her period."
"Yeah? One time this chick farted on my tongue. Beat that."
