I keep setting it to the new Daylight Savings time, but every time I turn it on, it doesn't stay... Why is this? Can someone help?

Hmm I don't know dude.

My Vista, every time I  shut it down and restart it, it's back an hour. I have to set my clock every time I start it up

I had this same problem and just now solved it.

Either restart or turn off your PC.  As your PC is rebooting or starting you will see a black screen with F2=startup
                                                       etc.
It may say F6 = setup, in any case immediately hit or press down that F key.  A screen will pop up.  Find the system time and change it.  Mine said on the bottom Change space + -
which means make sure whatever you want to change is selected (use the arrow up or arrow down key) and then press first the space bar--don't let up--and then the + or minus key and it increases or decreases your time.   Remember it is in military time so that 16:00 means 12:00

It is that simple!!  Now you have changed your PC to the correct daylight savings time!
