I'm curious as to what you other support leaders tell your noobs. If you don't have a custom insert, please say so. Mine:
 My name is Darragh and I am your "big brother" as such here. In this dog-eat-dog world of Support Forums, I'm here as a guiding hand to help you through all your confusions, problems and queries. Feel free to ask me about anything you are unsure of, though I hope this message will help clear up a few things and make this whole site seem just a smidge less confusing. Fankyoo. Although I've just realised that apparently I think 'hesitaste' is a word... Your's is nice. 'Big Brother'...Makes it feel like a family. Extremely dysfunctional, but a family nonetheless.
