Configure the BIOS  to Boot from the CD Drive.
Restart the System.
The Dell Logo screen appears press the F2 to enter the system setup.
Press the down or up arrow keys to highlight BOOT SEQUENCE.
press ENTER to display the available boot devices BOOT SEQUENCE menu  appears.
Highlight the IDE CD-ROM DEVICE. Press the + - to move IDE CD-ROM DEVICE to the top of the list.
 Press the ENTER key.
Press the ESC key to SAVE & EXIT.
Press the ENTER key to save changes and exit now.
 Your system will now attempt to boot to the CD that is inserted in the CD drive

Don't forget to return to the defaults to boot from C Drive.


That didn't work, I had already tried that before you replied.
