It is a guidelines for pictures to replace words should be removed right, so, what should support leader's remove it as?

Why not just add it as an option, "Picture is to Replace Word(s)"

They have it under the report list, eh.

So, Instead of removing it ourselves, we should report it? Is it really worth a report?

Well, I suppose if a member was doing it constantly, then it could be an issue, you know? Like, if a member was making all their posts in to images, then the mods ought to be aware of it and take their own actions.

I thought we weren't supposed to remove stuff for the guidelines that aren't on our list.

p.s. If it's not "worth" reporting, it's definitely not "worth" removing.

Whenever I've encountered that in the past it was said, either remove it under no contribution, or spamming.

If they argue against it, link them to the guidelines.
Note: Pictures can still have words in them, that makes them acceptable.
Eg. Lolcats.

Hm, well since you just mentioned it (and I'm not singling your example out, I just read it just now), how would you consider a Lolcats picture with words any more contributive than a simple picture of the cat without words?  I mean what is the point of posting them in the first place?  I understand that for some reason it's supposed to be funny but how does the fact that it might contain the letters "L-O-L" in it disqualify it from being deleted just like an equivalent picture without those letters?

No contr., spamming. Basically what Ross said.

But I hate that guideline and disagree with the fact that it makes it sound like a general thing.

If the picture contributes to the thread and it isn't a serious topic, I leave it. It isn't hurting anyone and they can certainly be entertaining.

In your example it doesn't.

Simply posting 'LOL' could be considered non-contrib as well. So a combination of the two is still the same thing.

Either way, if you can find that it does indeed contribute to the topic, whether it through humour, or an implied intent then I'd think it has (regardless of guidelines) so eh.

I tend to try to keep my personal opinions about this stuff out of it though, people need to make up their own minds.

If it's in a serious topic and it's a picture of any image, like Ross said, I'd hide it for non-contribution or spamming, because it can promote spam, but if it's in a less serious topic then it's fine to leave it.

I think the intent of those pictures is to be humorous, so if it's in a humorous topic then it should be able to stay.
