If there's a gym at your college and you saw someone you kinda know puke from working out so hard, would you think "What a loser!" or maybe try to help them??

Cause would they be considered 'oit of shape' or wussy for doing that?  How about fainting?>?

My dad encourages it. If I throw up during practice, I get a few minutes rest then I hop back in.
It isn't that big of a deal.
