The dogs aren't vicious. Owners who aren't prepared to train them properly make them that way. They're really sweet when brought up by the right people.

I don't need to watch the video to know it's bullshit. Feral dogs will ALWAYS be vicious, no matter what breed they are. Domestic dogs rely on their owners to train them, and their breed does not determine their personality.
