I like it a lot better compared to smoking... actually I wouldn't comapre it to that at all.
It's almost like a flavored steam, I didn't even fell it go into my lungs, but I felt it coming out, it's a strage feeling

HOOKAH IS MY LIFE. Shisha is the most amazing thing ever. And it's a hell of a lot cheaper than cigarettes...not to mention healthier [at least from what i've heard.] and much less addicting. Go for it!

It's not healthier since the water takes out more of the "good stuff" than bad, but I suppose it's okay once in a while.  It's a really sweet smooth smoke, but nicotine just gives me a headache so I avoid it.

hookah is very smooth, usually fruit or flower flavored tobacco. Smoking it gives a head rush and is pretty damn pleasant. Make sure you drink water though, it can dehydrate you if you're smoking for a long time. It's debated whether it is better or not for you than cigs, I personally think it is because rather than burning tobacco and breathing in the burning material, Shisha has the coals above it, so it never reaches such high temperatures and releases less carcinogens.
