I was wondering this along time...arrests and things are made public in newspapers and stuff...  But honestly, if you got an underage would there be any way for people to know?

Is there a website or maybe a public court document that holds people's names and stuff?

Basically, is it viewable to the public or to people who want to see them>

If you're under 18, it's sealed - juvenile documents.  18+, it goes on your criminal record, which can be requested through a background check, but I believe you have to consent to that.

No, because they are a minor, they can't release that information in newspapers or in interviews.

It also depends on the crime.
If it was no big deal then no one will ever be able to find it once you turn 18.

the bad thing is, never trust or tell a dirt bag shrink or doctor anything you wouldent want to come out in court, even in a car accident, or civil law suit they can surpina your documents, even sealed ones if your over 18 and use them all against you to distroy your charicature.
