How would i change the 20/02/90 on my drivers liscense to 20/02/89. In effect in just changing the 90 part. A friend just scanned his into his computer and replaced the numbers. How would i do this if one were so inclined?

i dont need it on card, and its only a provisional liscence, so all i do s print it out on paper put it in its plastic sleeve hand it to the bouncer and he lest me in.

or you could just wait until your old enough or just pay sometime to make you a fake ID then your not changing anything on your drivers liscence. because as stated above you would need a special printer and special ink
