first Driving licance has a holagram to prevent this secondly how is he gona print it on a card with out a card printer (those cards has special ink)
i dont need it on card, and its only a provisional liscence, so all i do s print it out on paper put it in its plastic sleeve hand it to the bouncer and he lest me in.
laminated paper won't fool the guard nor will paper it is MADE as not to be able to be copied
