Pronounciation is very easy.
The kana are not difficult at all. There's no point in not learning them really. We learned Hiragana before we even started on our vocab.
Kanji is very difficult, but not too hard to remember the meanings. Remembering the sounds each kanji makes is difficult.
But the hardest part for me is remembering vocab, especially adjectives.
