How do girls in college date? I've never had a boyfriend and I really would like to start looking foe guys.
One of my main fears is that he will be an asshole and try to hook up, or spread bad rumors about me..
How do you prevent this from a small campus? Should I stay away from guys in my dorm??

I actually met my first boyfriend in my residence in first year. Just be careful about the guys you're interested in. If he seems like the type that just wants to hook up, stay away from him. Get to know the guy before you consider dating him, get to know him and find out what type of guy he is. Preferably a guy who takes his education seriously (they'll be the ones that understand when you have to cancel plans because of a school project/paper/presentation/midterm)
