So, recently I decided to quit smoking. For a few reasons: 1) I can't afford it anymore to be quite honest.
2) I smoke entirely too much...a pack and a half a day.
3) I know it's bad for my health. This last one is just personal preference. I am in no way trying to tell any fellow smokers to quit.
*So far, since Tuesday, I've only had 7 cigarettes total. So that's progress. I'm trying to cut down and cut it out, little by little. I bought gum to chew to surpress the cravings. Just regular ol' gum because I believe that it's not only cheaper but also the name brand quitting stuff isn't really going to help me. I'm getting there slowly, but making gread head way. So, now that I've rambled, the poll is asking about your smoking habits.

I'm the exact same, I'm quitting too for those same reasons.
And I dont use the quitting gum because I honestly dont think stuff like the gum or patches or anything will work.
