so I'm working on a chilli recipe, and I coule use a good list of HOT spices, nothing mild, and soem other good things for a chili recipe

nothing better than mexan's chili powder seasoning and real fresh chili peppers, cumin, fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, worstershire. I also use a secret ingredient that adds a bit of sweet flavour to the spice...it's the bomb!

uhm i'm not exactly sure, i usually just chuck a few blocks in at the end while it's simmering. shouldn't think quantities are too important as long as you don't overdo it.
