suppose I have a magical table, that has all the qualities of a table, yet, if it should ever choose to do so (this table has a mind of its own) can transform into a non-table (eg, an Ipod)

is it a table?

is haveing a mind and a the ability to transform into Ipods the qualities of normal tables?

then how can it be a table? (i'm using your defintion of a table)
