I click 'remove' when I see posts that are genuinely pointless, which isn't all that often.

There is always the chance that no one else has seen the post you wish to hide, as well as the possibility that they disagree with you.

Like Beth said, one support leaders may think a post warrants deletion, but another may not. It's just something you have to deal with and get used to. These situations are commonly resolved fairly quickly though.

Also, like Arguia stated, there's always the chance that no other SL has seen the post you personally want to have removed, if that's ever the case, feel free to put the link to the post in the SL quick hide group.
