I'm slightly scared. I'm taking part in a debate on plagiarism for the BBC, and I found out today its being filmed tonight! I thought we were only meeting tonight to talk through what was happening, turns out they've put me straight in to the debate team. Oh dear...

Yeah I'm going through it at the moment. I think I'm going to take the stance of how plagiarism is obviously wrong, but it can be very confusing in schools when using articles for coursework etc. I myself can grasp the idea of referencing quite easily. Coursework is one of the things I'm good at. It can be very confusing though. I know quite a few people who have accidentally plagiarised and been pulled out of exams for it.

Well I thought I was good at referencing at college, but when I got to uni, they gave us a lecture on it and I was like oops, I've plagiarised a lot
I used to just change certain words and alter little bits, but now I realise you really do need to rewrite it completely.

Well I don't think you'll be able to see it unless you live in East Anglia, as its on BBC Look East. If it was on nationwide TV that would be terrifying! Thanks =) Yeah I sometimes get worried as to whether I've referenced things properly.
