Well I'm beginning to build up a portfolio of my photography and I'm quite pleased with it, got some still life, some landscape, a good mix of stuff but the next thing I want to try is portraiture.

I have a backdrop (not really a back drop its an old projecter screen) and I'm thinking of having some friends model for me, maybe some here and then going down to the park to take some more as it gets a little darker.

Does anyone have any good tips for shooting with a model, indoors, outdoors, poses etc any one got some examples of their own?
