Linux, haven't touched Windows in years except where I'm forced to, i.e. school...

Mainly Slack, a fair amount of Gentoo, some dabbling in LFS...

Hmm, well you didn't give teh option for all of the above.

Not to mention Unix isn't up there, (Where are my network servers?)

I have win 3.1 (I personally like it the best).  Norton OS, Win 95, Win 98 SE, Win 2000, Win XP (Which is better than the rest stated accept 3.1).

I have SuSe Linux version 7.  Unix (base line command).  Think that is about it for the OS's that i have and use.

Never have touched a Mac though, i had to deal with them in School and kept finding ways to crash them...

Ha, macs can't be used period, there isn't much learning to them.  They are very "simple" and great when it comes to graphix (spelled correctly in this case).  But if you want to speed it up, manipulate it, or try to tinker one little bit with it, it will crash and never work again.

Yes, another CLI user is born.  Welcome to the Linux ;)

Currently I'm using Win XP PRo.  It's better than I thought it would be.  I'm kind of torn between to stay with XP or back to 2000 PRo.

I'd wait for the next Windose to come up before you make decisions.  Though, it doesn't look promising...

I like with XP you don't have to install any drivers, which is always a plus.  I had troubles with 2000 sometimes with my computer not recognizing my CD burner because I didn't have some crazy thing installed.  One reason that I will stay if XP, is that it's the only Windows OS that supports HyperThreading.

I'm suprised nobody has mentioned BeOS, AmigaOS, or of QNX.
