it's just caused by the server issues kicking you out. notice the 2 boxes on the left under where it asks you to sign in? sign in again, and you'll be able to read it. the issue isn't just with ehelp.

Was the link to that e-mail to a different address to the one you were accessing it from? (thatwasamouthfull). Ie. Were browsing on golivewire.com and link was to gocollegeforums.com (or something similar)
