Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin

think of any Legendary american bands?
Van Halen, ACDC, but those mainly have american appeal only and dont have the longevity the other bands did

your thoughts?

I don't think anyone can really say who produces the best music, because no one has listened to the full length and breadth of either (that being, either the American or British) music scene.
