A... month or so of not practicing my horn properly and I've LOST like, seven notes of my range. That's bullcrap. Seriously... I've been busy and I've been playing in a couple of concerts and competitions but I haven't had a proper rehearsal or practice session in ages. And now I can barely play two notes at the top of my register and I can't play four notes that I used to be able to play at the bottom on my register. I hate life.
