buy some vacuum seal storage bags (the kind that you suck the air out of with a hoover) pack your things into this and you will have an amazing amount of things packed, and not creased, when you get to your destination you can also use space bag storage bags. If you don't want to do this, start off your case with the largest items on the bottom, pack underwear and socks etc inside shoes, and put all small items around the edges of the case, with towels etc on top, roll up swimwear, etc into any nooks and cranny's. (but the space bags are still your best bet)
