Maybe you need to get a service provider with better internet connection. Vonage, Verizon, Sprint, Virgin are some well known ones that were mentioned in real life, but I don't know about here.

Well considering that I did research for a couple months and concluded that the iTouch was better than the other mp3 players, I'm not retarded for choosing it. I would get the iPhone but I don't have AT&T and it's not worth it to switch plans because AT&T sucks where I live.
