Generally, it makes no difference to me where their drinking preferences stand, so long as they can drink responsibly. But it is always impressive when they have a particular knowledge of a given type of alcohol, be it beer, scotch, wine, or otherwise. Of course, that is not something I've ever found a single women (that I know) to have.
