I am on S.A.C. for my college and I have to come up with the christmas float. I need a Theme and ideas on how to put it together. We do not have a budget, so anything will work, (store bought, .....)
The theme of the parade is "Parade of Lights" gay, I know, but we need a theme for our float, and ideas on how to put stuff together.
