Is there a website that tells what notes you can play during chord changes?  Links would be helpful if you know one :)

I was talking about soloing instruments.....You can not play more than one note at a time (unless you're amazing and can do multi phonics)  I was wondering what notes you can play over certain chord changes....

Anything diatonic will sound good
so will switching into the relative minor
are you talking Jazz solos?

Yes, I know the symbols of minor and major, but I don't understand the numbers (other than like b9 or #7)
