I'm depressed because I have blank spells, sometimes I lose concentration and now I have Mr. Dillon, a very technical teacher who once use to a goth. Now he confuses me and he is my form teacher and also my ICT teacher.

people who actually need help, and have depression problems, don't need people saying free hugs... they need people who actually know facts about depression, and have dealt with it, and can give some pointers.

personally, i like to read books.
because: if only for half and hour, or even for 10 minutes
you'll get to leave all your problems and become someone else...

just my opinion !
