From what I know, its impossible to permanently delete something from your computer. I think thats all you have to do though, delete it. Doubt whoever you return the computer to will look deep into whats on it.

Well could the people whose porn it was look and see I (not actually me, my cousin onto my computer) downloaded it? Because I'm sure he downloaded it from some random site, probably violating a copyright. I don't want to end up getting sued over it.
