If it was like that, the SL count would likely be cut in half.

no, definitely not a week. you could go months without being noticed. and even if you don't reply to a lot you can make up for that to an extent with quality.

Is that a bad thing..
For those that help on the forums/PM? Yes. For those that were, in the past, hugely helpful? Yes.
The others? No.

I think there should be some rule like that. Not a week though. A little longer.

It has been debated again and again.
It always comes down to a few things.
1) People don't always help on eHelp. 2) People have bad months. 3) People go on vacation. 4) People can't be forced to make GOOD replies.

I don't reply to Ehelps that often because I'm not good at writing so much in one sitting. But I help on the forums and over PM when I can.

I agree to all, except 4. If a support leader is a support leader, they need to make good replies.

Exactly. Which is why you'd be getting screwed over if we forced people to reply to eHelps.

That wasn't what I meant. I mean if we start forcing people to make replies, would the quality of those replies go down? More than likely, yes.

Yeah. People would be doing them 'just to get them done' rather than to actually help. It would be idealistic though.

Forcing people to just reply, is not good. Then we will get the replies saying "Just doing my weekly eHelp, I hope everything goes okay"
