If an SL hasn't replied to an e-help in, say a week or more, can they/do they lose their status?

No. eHelps are not counted.

If a SL is not active online, for 60 days, they loose their status.

It always comes down to a few things.

1) People don't always help on eHelp.
2) People have bad months.
3) People go on vacation.
4) People can't be forced to make GOOD replies.

I don't reply to Ehelps that often because I'm not good at writing so much in one sitting. But I help on the forums and over PM when I can.

That wasn't what I meant.  I mean if we start forcing people to make replies, would the quality of those replies go down?  More than likely, yes.

Forcing people to just reply, is not good. Then we will get the replies saying "Just doing my weekly eHelp, I hope everything goes okay"
