Just a quick line to say well done everyone - I am so impressed with the hard work a lot of Support Leaders have been putting into the e-helps and giving support recently, and I know what we're doing is making a huge difference to some people.

Some of the replies I have seen recently have been excellent, not just in e-help but on the forums too. Some SL's are taking the time to make a reply, and it's really showing,

Do you know, between us we can average between 500 and 1000 replies in a month, just on e-help alone! I'm sure David will be very happy with everyone for all the hard work we are putting in.

I know I am proud to me a member of the team. Keep it up everyone!

I have to agree. After watching eHelps go from 30 to about 2-3 in less than 24 hours, I was rather impressed with you guys. :) I have to say that's the best I have ever seen on eHelps since it has been started. Congrats and keep up the good work. :)

Yay. =] I'm ashamed to say I haven't been a huge contribution to this.. things have been pretty hectic lately. I'm going to try and tackle a couple of eHelps now though. =]
