Ok so there's not much Information to work with but come on.

I don't have anything against the two members and I know I'm not the best person in the world to answer eHelps too but please at least try. Also If you struggle on a topic why not leave it for a more experienced SL?

Considering one of them has only 32 days active, what the hell was running through that mods mind?

I guess the point of this is why post a reply which has literally got no help at all in it? Also I'm sure we have more members on the forums who could do better.

The ehelp was only like, 2 lines. Does that merit an 8 page reply? This isn't a size thing, but... seriously. They only asked two simple questions. "What do I do?" & "Am i obsessive"

Both were answerd, so what's the dealio?

I've always considered the "e" in "eHelp" to stand for "Emergency," so I can see why they didn't write a book.

Also, I think we should reevaluate what belongs in eHelp. I don't think that belongs there.

Remember Bubbles? Promoted to SL after 6 days active? Mods don't really care.

Well, I see it as the same was as when the first reply to an ehelp is like, well written, and 8 paragraphs... it's intimidating. Does that mean a support leader should not still reply to it, even if it's significantly less than the previous helps? Nah. This is about the ehelped, not the ehelper.

I remember when I got a message from David telling me exactly how to write an eHelp and everything it basically said:

"Don't just answer and give advice on the eHelp, go into detail.  Give different answers for different situations for each eHelp."

I don't know.

Briley does have a point though. I am personally not a fan of one lined answers to either posts on here or especially eHelps, no matter what the person typed in their eHelp.  It should be a well thought out answer and not something just typed out in 2 seconds flat.
