Though, I have a problem with this question...
If i were to save lassie, then hitler would die, the holocaust would have never happened,  and chances are I'd never be here [just because that was such a huge event i feel the butterfly effect would also be equally as great]
Though by saving hitler, I condemn millions to their deaths...

Perhaps saving lassie would be impossible, as if hitler died, I wouldn't have had to come back and make that choice [thus creating a paradox]... I think hitler would be the ONLY choice in this situation; sadly.

c) Hitler or lassie - Hitler, because I am ethnically part Jewish and not exactly what he would consider "aryan" otherwise, so if I were to save him, his outlook on Jews might have been much different.

d) Your spouse or a Nobel Laureate - spouse...why? Because I woudl love her, and we already have the Laureate's contribution to society, and depending on what it was, they probably weren't working alone so others could finish their unfinished work for them.
