I don't like to admit it and don't remember saying before but I am scared to apply face to face some where for a job or over the phone calling. I used to be nervous to even do it online but that's easy now. I need a job but applying by calling or going there is scary for me. I'm ashamed of myself for being like this. This was more to get it off my chest but some advice would be good.

You got to get a hang of it!! I'm guessing your very young. You have a while life ahead of you and it's going to be involving tons of interviews. You have to buld of confidence!! You should already know that a Manager isn't going to hire someone who isn't confident at all....


Try your best even if you have to fake it!!!

Practice in front of your mirror or to one of your friends...then you will eventually get a hang of it.
