I'm 5 foot 9 and a size 4 (though I look like a 2) but I have a flabby stomach and legs and need muscle, I mean, my calves are so flabby that they feel like boobs, It's weird. anyone know any exercises that are NOT sit-ups or push-ups?

i disagree... one must pick the exercises that fits them. Don't go out and do every single one... that's just dumb Flabbiness is caused by excess fat, so to lose fat you gotta do cardio. Either a machine at a gym or go out running, or swimming or something. For muscle gain, weight lifting is good, also available at a gym. Join a gym, use its facilities, do other exercises on the side too, adjust your diet accordingly, and no more push ups or sit ups necessary.

EVERY excerise can benefit you in some way. if you have a flabby stomach, nothings stopping you from doing pull-ups or leg presses. if you work out other parts of your body, the remaining parts that you may or may not have been initially focused on, would then be easier. plus, if you at the gym, why not work on the rest of you while your cutting fat? would it be too much of an effort to stop by the cage for a few squats after a ride on the bike? i think not.

a lot, leg lifts, squats, and this one thing i don't know what its called but I did it in volleyball, try volleyball.

i agree with what you're saying here, i'm just saying that not wanting to do one or two specific exercises doesn't mean that you shouldn't even bother. ==
