i'm going to college as a freshman in a few months and i think i might be a little shy. ok, very shy. to the point where i may not participate in any conversations and might be in a shell and not make any friends. alcohol usually gets me more social and lets me cut loose a little bit. so i was thinking maybe i could do a couple shots before i went to my first classes. not get drunk or anything, but maybe a little tipsy. just enough so i can loosen up. thats not a bad idea...is it?

no. dont do that! thats never a good idea. u need to build-up ur own confidence. once u get there there may even be people that come up to U and start a conversation. if not, do it urself. im shy too. but putting urself out there and even just saying hello gets ur face in peoples heads and theyll answer back. give it a try. pm me if u need
